Impact Program is a year-long program, designed to co-create and implement a crystal clear and concrete strategy.

Over the past 12 years, I have helped build several successful impact organizations in the role of advisor, director and entrepreneur . Including companies in the circular economy. With Impact Program I combine my knowledge and experience with a proven formula with which tens of thousands of companies worldwide grow successfully.

During the first phase Get Ready For Impact we create your strategy within four weeks. I help you make choices and make sure the input is recorded and processed. I bring in my experience as an entrepreneur, marketer and leader to bring in different perspectives and ideas.

To also execute this strategy, we start Stay on Track. In this phase, we meet four times a year during accountability sessions. In these sessions we check whether the results are achieved, new quarterly goals are set and I use my expertise to solve problems and break down barriers.

In the meantime I support, where desired, with coaching. The coaching focuses on performance and is designed to spar on decision-making and development issues. Impactful Performance Coaching can be scheduled prior to the process (for example once a month) or on request.As a leader/entrepreneur you want to make impact with the organization. In meaning as well as in euros.
